LEADERS OPTIMISATION DAY

This workshop is held exclusively for the DBOY finalists the day after the Awards evening, where they have the opportunity to compare businesses and business performance, and share ideas and business strategies. Finalists have labelled this event as one of the most valuable parts of Dairy Business of the Year. DBOY finalists are provided the opportunity to dig deeper into their individual reports with industry specialists, and compare various KPIs within their business with their peers within the finalist group.
